How to get access to PIT?
To access PIT, proceed as follows:
1. Registration/log-in (the manual is available in Polish version only).
We recommend registration at the PUE level, which enables to fill in and submit “Wniosek o dostęp do PIT” (“Application for access to PIT”; the manual is available in Polish version only).
2. Setting up an account for an entity (the manual is available in Polish version only).
To correctly submit “Wniosek o dostęp do PIT” (“Application for access to PIT”) and to continue work in the PIT system, you need to set up an account for an entity (organisation, company) and assign a representative. How to get access to PIT?
What connects the sectors of telecommunications, energy, water and sewage, roads and railway?
We encourage you to read the article published in the “Kierunek Wod-Kan” magazine, covering the impact that the amendment to the Act of 7 May 2010 on supporting the development of telecommunications services and networks will have on entrepreneurs from the water and sewage sector.
Polish version of the publication can be accessed at the link below:What connects the sectors of telecommunications, energy, water and sewage, roads and railway?

We invite you to attend the conferences on the Information Point on Telecommunications.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We kindly inform you that it is no longer possible to register for the 3 December 2019 conference.
The Office of Electronic Communications plans to organise a similar event in 2020. We will provide the details in a separate message. Please follow the website pit.uke.gov.pl
During the conferences we will showcase the opportunities offered by the pit.uke.gov.pl portal, how to gain authorised access to the service and how to enter data following from commitments towards the President of UKE.
The conferences will be held on 21 November and 3 December 2019 in the Conference Centre at ul. Chałubińskiego 8 in Warsaw.PIT conferences
New design of the Information Point on Telecommunications
The Information Point on Telecommunications has gained a new design and a number of functionalities, including: a new information portal, a map portal, a mechanism for collecting and processing spatial data, and a single sign-on point associated with the Trusted Profile.
The objectives of the Information Point on Telecommunications:
- providing information necessary when planning telecommunications investments,
- promoting cooperation among operators,
- efficient and rational use of the existing telecom engineering and passive infrastructure,
- achieving social, ecological and economic benefits as a result of reducing the scope of separate investments,
- facilitating cooperation between entrepreneurs and local government units,
- facilitating cooperation between entrepreneurs from various industries: telecommunications, energy, water supply, rail and road
The competent authorities of the EU Member States, responsible for the functioning and development of the telecommunications sphere in their countries, agreed that: "The roll-out of high-speed fixed and wireless electronic communications networks across the Union requires substantial investments, a significant proportion of which is represented by the cost of civil engineering works. Limiting some of the cost-intensive civil engineering works would make broadband roll-out more effective”. This quoted statement appears in the text of recital 7 of the Directive 2014/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on measures to reduce the cost of deploying high-speed electronic communications networks (Cost Directive). A significant part of these costs is generated by the lack of use of existing passive infrastructure in the process of deploying broadband networks (e.g. wires, cable ducts, manholes, street cabinets, poles, masts, antennas, lattice columns and other auxiliary infrastructure elements). In addition, bottlenecks related to investments in broadband networks are: coordination of civil engineering works, burdensome administrative procedures for granting the permits and difficulties in the deployment of indoor networks.Foundations
