We invite telecommunications undertakings involved in investment activities and other interested entities, including public administration authorities, to study the descriptions of procedures and formalities resulting from the applicable provisions of law concerning investors in broadband infrastructure, as well as administration bodies that handle them.
The diagrams and attached descriptions of procedures, arranged in five categories corresponding to the basic standardization acts, constitute a comprehensive investor's compendium, which clarifies the concerns related to issuing decisions, permits, opinions, agreements and other activities of public administration bodies regarding the investments in broadband networks.
